I am the Director of Motivate Bootcamp and it is so rewarding helping others to overcome barriers and changing their lives for the better, Fitness and wellbeing is a passion as well as a career, and is something that I continually immerse myself in to ensure the best results for everyone who joins us on this journey. My main focus is our customers, who are ultimately my friends – and I love what we do. Our fitness and weight loss bootcamps in the UK and Portugal are growing every year, and we take pride in everything we do. Our staff are fantastic and we are looking forward to a great future helping as many people as we can
My everyday life is all about sport and fitness. I am an athlete, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, working full time in the industry. I compete at Elite Level in marathons internationally and my current goal is completing the World Majors. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals, build confidence and enjoy being active. I teach a huge variety of sweaty, effective and fun classes including the popular choices; BodyPump, BodyCombat and Spin. I teach at the UK bootcamps and also the Portugal Fitness Holidays, and I love them because I get to support people on their journeys and see the lives change as a result.
Hi, I’m Nic! And although I act a nutter most days of the week, I’am actually a highly qualified fitness profession. My qualifications are, Personal Trainer, Gym, Aerobics Instructor, Pilates, GP Referral, Aqua, Fitball, Kettlebells, Step, Zumba, Clubbercise, LBT, Body Combat, Pump Instructor & an ISTD Qualified Dance Teacher. I have been in the fitness industry since 2002 & in the Dance industry well before that. I tutor & assess Exercise To Music for HFE (The Health, Fitness & Education Company) & I also own my own gym & dance studio in South Wales. My passion for dance & fitness shine though (I hope!) in the love of teaching people & making fitness fun for all. I would love to encourage & welcome you to a bootcamp in 2020 & help you with any fitness goals & dreams!
I’m a level 3 PT, Yoga instructor and group exercise instructor. I have been working in the industry for over 12 years. I have had a massive fitness and wellbeing journey, battling with my weight and mindset around food, exercise & hormones. Hand on my heart I am in such a different place and love to share my energy and knowledge with anyone who wants some guidance or advice. I cannot wait to meet you all
Fitness is my happy place! I am a level 2 gym instructor, level 3 Personal trainer & a level 3 Yoga instructor. I love to stay flexible & mobile whilst building my cardio & strength up too. My usual training regime is crossfit, alongside sweating it out teaching Spin, Body Camp, Abs & Yoga ! Juggling teaching & training with being a mum can be challenging at times so my my goal remains the same – stay motivated & do my best with the time I have. I often compete in CrossFit competitions all over the UK either as a team or solo. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone has transformed me and I love bringing this out in others. It’s crazy what your body is capable of if you believe in yourself. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone – let’s SWEAT!
I am the Sports Masseuse at all of the Portugal retreats. I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BSc (Hon) in Sports Therapy, but my particular passion from the course was the Manual Therapy so I further studied to gain my Sports Therapy UK VTCT Level 4 Sports Massage. Since qualifying I have maintained my own freelance client base as well as working for a tennis club and at various events such as cycling, athletics and yoga retreats.I am also a semi -professional dressage rider and trainer so I am very passionate about healthy eating, fitness and keeping my body as healthy as possible.
I am the head chef for all of the Portugal All Inclusive retreats. I have a wide knowledge of catering with over 30 years experience, and have cooked in many establishments throughout the UK and Europe. I have a great passion for food and will be on hand to give you tips and advice on cooking, as well as preparing all of your nutritious dishes during your stay with us. I hope I can add to your relaxing time and you will enjoy your time at the retreat.
