I would like to introduce myself as a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Class Instructor. I have been involved in the fitness industry for the past 15 years and is something that I love.
I have been the Director of Motivate Bootcamp for the past 6 years and it is so rewarding helping others to overcome barriers and changing their lives for the better, Fitness and wellbeing is a passion as well as a career, and is something that I continually immerse myself in to ensure the best results for everyone who joins us on this journey. My main focus is our customers, who are ultimately my friends – and I love what we do. Our fitness and weight loss bootcamps in the UK and Portugal are growing every year, and we take pride in everything we do. Our staff are fantastic and we are looking forward to a great future helping as many people as we can
I have over 10 years experience in the leisure industry and I’m qualified in all aspects of fitness. Motivation and having fun are what I love – and I love to Dance! Zumba, Blockfit, Piloxing & Hit sessions are my speciality and I teach these at the bootcamps in Manchester. I also get involved in our Bridal Bootcamps to choreograph routines.
Ive been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Mainly teaching classes and presenting at fitness events. I have over the years taught a range of studio classes but currently I mainly teach pilates, dance fitness and hiit sessions. I’m always looking for new and exciting ways of enjoying fitness and have a flair and passion for the work that I do. I enjoy new challenges and getting involved with fitness events and bootcamps whether they are work or charity related. I feel very lucky to be in this job and want to make it as pleasurable to my clients / participants as it is to me.
I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years but have always had a great passion for Health. I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and teach lots of different classes including Circuits, Boxfit, Pump, Kettlebells, Spinning, Insanity, HIT, and bootcamp training. I am currently working towards more courses and am on course to become a fully qualified Nutritionalist. I love helping people to achieve their goals whilst having fun and having a great laugh at the same time. I love the bootcamps, especially the one abroad, there is just something about working out in the sun and relaxing around the pool in the afternoon!
My everyday life is all about sport and fitness. I am an athlete, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, working full time in the industry. I compete at Elite Level in marathons internationally and my current goal is completing the World Majors. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals, build confidence and enjoy being active. I teach a huge variety of sweaty, effective and fun classes including the popular choices; BodyPump, BodyCombat and Spin. I teach at the UK bootcamps and also the Portugal Fitness Holidays, and I love them because I get to support people on their journeys and see the lives change as a result.
Hello, I’m Matt and I’m the head chef at the All Inclusive bootcamps in Portugal. I’ve been in charge of my own kitchens in the UK for the past 5 years but have been working in the industry for the past 16 years. I have had a great variety of experience including working at St Georges park and cooking nutritious meals for world class footballers, and I have a keen interest in nutrition, healthy foods, and helping people with their eating habits. I have been working with the retreats for the past 12 months and love them. It’s a great social experience for me too, because as a chef you don’t tend to come out of the kitchen, but here I am able to talk about nutrition, meal plans, how to cook delicious food, and help the clients in any way I can.
As a fully insured member of The Federation of Holistic Therapies I am a qualified Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist to VTCT Level 4. I am also qualified to apply Sports Taping and Strapping. Im here at bootcamp to help your muscles relax and to give you as much advice on any injuries or issues you may have
