One of the main benefits is that you get to have a break away with a group of other like-minded ladies who are here for similar things. It is a break away from everyday life and a chance to focus on yourself, whilst having a great social experience to and meeting new friends for life. For the Portugal Bootcamp it is also a holiday too, as we have lots of relaxation time, evenings out, and great social time for you to make the most of the beautiful Algarve

We have many people come back time after time with a group of friends they actually met at bootcamp. People keep in touch and keep each other motivated once they leave bootcamp and its always great to see regular faces. Don’t worry if you are coming solo either, you will soon become part of the bootcamp family, nobody is left out in any activities
- Kickstart Your Motivation
One f the problems that many people face is losing their motivation, which leads down a negative path. One of the main aspects of the bootcamp weekends and fitness holidays is for you to get your motivation back. You will not only rediscover your love of exercise and health, but learn new ways to keep you motivated for when you leave us. We are also there for you after you leave us to keep you motivated
- Learn New Exercises and Information
Every bootcamp is different and we are continually adding new classes and workshops to give our customers a great experience. It is the perfect place to try new things, classes, and to push yourself out of your comfort zone, whilst being in the hands of a fantastic set of personal trainers who are their to help and guide you throughout your stay. The workshops also focus on nutrition, exercise and positive mindset, giving you the whole package of mental and physical wellbeing
- Lose Weight and Inches
On our Portugal Bootcamp Retreats you can expect to lose anything between 5lbs and a stone, depending on how much you have to lose. You can also expect to lose lots of inches too (average is between 5-10 per person). Our bootcamp weekends in the UK are more of a kickstart, but you can still expect to lose a few pounds and inches, and most of our customers then go on to lose a lot more over the following few weeks as they have now got their motivation back!
