Ladies 3 Day Luxury Glamping Bootcamp Weekend in Shropshire
This Ladies Only 3 day/2 night fitness retreat is based on a family run, organic farm on the Shropshire/Welsh border
The luxury safari tents are the perfect setting for this fitness and wellbeing retreat, as they are set in a grass meadow, alongside a pond, with stunning views over Shropshire
Dates available – July 1st – 3rd 2022
Start time is 4pm on Friday, finishing lunchtime on Sunday (don’t worry if you need to arrive later on the Friday)
Option to include the Sunday night stay for just £25pp and spend the afternoon and evening relaxing!
These 2 night/3 day ladies fitness breaks are a chance for you to have time away from everyday life, focus on yourself, and give your body and mind a chance to recharge and re-educate themselves. You do not need a certain level of fitness for these weekends as everything can be adjusted to your fitness level
This bootcamp weekend also includes dinner on both evenings, plus a light breakfast, so you just need to bring lunch for the Saturday, your fitness kit and swimsuit!
Our aim is to have fun, but we are also there to motivate, encourage, and push everybody to their individual limits and help to achieve your goals. Our fantastic fitness trainers will work you hard and to your individual limits, getting the most out of you whilst having fun at the same time. Between us all we have a complete mix of disciplines enabling you receive the very best training and advice.

Bootcamp Accommodation and Facilities
There are 3 lodges on the site and they all include:
Private or twin bedrooms
Kitchen with sink, hob, fridge/freezer and mini-oven
Bathroom with flushing toilet, sink and shower
Wood burning stove ( logs provided)
Sofa and dining area
Outside veranda with seating
Outside fire pit and BBQ
All bed linen and towels provided
Hot tub access
