What Does A Typical Bootcamp Weekend Look Like?

We change our bootcamps continuously and always offer a complete variety of fitness classes. We have fantastic instructors throughout the UK who can teach a wide range of classes, and have lots of experience in a variety of disciplines.

Throughout the ladies fitness weekends there are lots of different types of sessions, with workshops on nutrition and lifestyle in addition to the fitness classes

All of the classes are suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to those who attend regular fitness classes, as we can give alternative exercises for all the sessions dependant on your level. You can also choose how many classes you do, so if you fancy a quick rest then thats no problem at all.

The bootcamps are made for you, so you tailor it to what you would like out of it. We like to have fun, and are not military, but we will be on hand throughout your stay to push you to your fitness limits and make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible

Fitness sessions on the ladies bootcamps may include:

Zumba, Boxfit, Clubbercise, Piloxing, Combat, Attack, Core, HIIT, Tabata, Insanity, Strong by Zumba, Interval Training, Circuit Training, Pump, Kettlebells Bands, Partner, Sandbells, Functional, Yoga, Pilates, Team Games, walking, Stretch



3pm – Welcome Talk
3.30pm – Aims & goals workshop
4pm – Boxfit
5pm – Circuits
6pm – Check in and relax

Saturday: (Walking Challenge starts approx 9am)

5pm – Stretch
7pm – Evening Dinner (usually local pub)

7.30am – Optional Wake Up Workout
8.30am – Breakfast
9.30am – Walk
11am – Stretch
11.30am – Nutrition
12.30pm – Close
