What does a typical bootcamp weekend look like?
We change our bootcamps continuously and always offer a complete variety of fitness classes. Below is a typical example of our 2 day and 3 day bootcamp weekends in the UK
Sessions on the bootcamps may include:
Zumba, Boxfit, Clubbercise, Piloxing, Combat, Attack, Core, HIIT, Tabata, Insanity, Strong by Zumba, Interval Training, Circuit Training, Pump, Kettlebells Bands, Partner, Sandbells, Functional, Yoga, Pilates, Team Games, walking, Stretch
TYPICAL WEEKEND: (3 Day)
Friday:
3pm – Welcome Talk
3.30pm – Aims & goals workshop
4pm – Boxfit
5pm – Circuits
6pm – Check in and relax
Saturday: (Walking Challenge)
5pm – Stretch
7pm – Evening Dinner (usually local pub)
Sunday:
7.30am – Wake Up Workout
8.30am – Breakfast
9.30am – Walk
11am – Stretch
11.30am – Nutrition
12.30pm – Close
