Personal Training

These sessions last for 45 minutes and include:

  • Physical exercise on each session
  • Email advice on nutrition, fitness and lifestyle.
  • Home workouts and tasks to complete for in between PT sessions.
  • Weekly weigh ins, with additional results inc BMI, body fat %, body muscle %, Visceral fat, body water
  • Weekly fitness tests to monitor progress
  • 10% discount on all retreats

This can take place in an open place, anywhere that is convenient for you around Shavington, Crewe and Nantwich

Price

£25pp Individual

£15pp couples training – £30 total (1 Hour session of 30 minutes each – due to guidelines we are unable to train more than one person at once)

 

4 Week Transformation Packages

This is a 4 week programme that is designed to help you lose weight and get back on track.

This Includes:

  • 2 or 3 x fitness sessions per week
  • Weekly weigh in, with additional results inc BMI, body fat %, body muscle %, Visceral fat, body water
  • Weekly information on nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle
  • Weekly fitness tests to monitor progress
  • Weekly tasks & challenges
  • Fitness & nutrition tracker book
  • Recipe books
  • 10% discount on all retreats

Prices

£200pp (individual) for 4 weeks based on 2 PT sessions per week or £300 based on 3 PT sessions per week

£125pp (couples – total £250) for 4 weeks based on 2 PT sessions per week or £175pp (total £350) based on 3 PT sessions per week
