Over the 3 days we will be helping you to get back on track through a variety of fitness sessions and workshops, and its a fantastic break away too in the beautiful Peak District, giving you chance to focus on yourself.

- 2 nights shared accommodation (private single/twin rooms can be arranged for supplement)
