What are the 3 Day Residential Bootcamp Weekends In The UK?
Are you looking to lose weight, increase fitness, complete a challenge, have some time out, or just have an active weekend away with friends? then join us on one of our fantastic 3 day fitness and challenge boot camps in the UK. These events are mixed gender and include a main challenge as well as a few traditional bootcamp activities (not as many as our normal bootcamps, the main focus is on the walking challenge)

These 2 night activity breaks are a chance for you to have time away from everyday life, focus on yourself, and give your body and mind a chance to recharge and re-educate themselves. You do need a certain level of fitness for these weekends, but the level of difficulty does depend on the challenge (please contact us if unsure). The fitness activities we do additional to the walk are suitable for all ages and abilities.
Our aim is to have fun, but we are also there to motivate, encourage, and push everybody to their individual limits and help to achieve your goals. Our fantastic fitness trainers will work you hard and to your individual limits, getting the most out of you whilst having fun at the same time. Between us all we have a complete mix of disciplines enabling you receive the very best training and advice.
Our 3 day bootcamps in England & Wales are on a b & b basis, and they give you a bit more freedom (All venues have fantastic self catering facilities with food storage areas, inc fridges/freezers, and we also offer you an option to eat in the local pub in the evening) We also have a variety of options for you, from shared rooms to private rooms dependant on your preference.

Typical 3 Day Bootcamp Weekend:
4pm – Welcome Talk & Check In
5pm – Boxfit
6pm – Walk
7pm – Check in and relax
7am – Breakfast
8.30am – Morning walk or class
10.30am – Checkout
Whats Included at Bootcamp:
- Two nights’ accommodation
